4. When you've got everything you want in your cart, you can complete the checkout process. On the "View Cart" page, scroll down below your cart contents to fill in your personal information (billing & shipping addresses, payment method, etc). When you're done, click the "Continue" button.

5. A review screen will appear with your order contents and personal information. Once you've verified that the information is correct, click the "Send Order" button.

6. An order confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

That's it. Simple.

Is ordering secure?

All personal information submitted to NoiseBot.com is fully secured & protected with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. This technology encrypts your personal data when you place you place an order so that no one else can access it. Your personal information will NOT be sold or shared in any way whatsoever.

How can I pay?

NoiseBot.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) as well as PayPal payments. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "NoiseBot.com".

Can I make changes to my order?

Since orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, we are unable to make changes to an order once it is submitted.

Why can't I add more than 1 item to my shopping cart?

If you are having problems adding more than one item to your cart, you should set your web browser software to accept cookies. Also, if you use a firewall or other security software, you should temporarily disable it while adding items to your cart and/or placing an order.

Our site uses "cookies" to store all of the items you place in your shopping cart. These "cookies" allow our store to keep a record of the items that you place in the shopping cart while you are shopping. The cookie allows you to shop now by placing multiple items in the cart. If you decide to leave our web site, you can return within two weeks, and your items will still be in your cart. You can then complete the checkout process without having to add the items back into the cart again.

A problem arises when privacy-minded users set their web browser or security programs to not allow cookies or to prompt before accepting a cookie. Also, if you have your Internet Security settings set to block cookies by default, you will not be able to put multiple items in your shopping cart. While blocking unnecessary tracking cookies is a good practice, blocking cookies when shopping NoiseBot.com prevents you from adding more than one item to the shopping cart or being able to leave and return to an existing shopping cart with the items stored.

What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We typically ship via USPS or DHL. In most cases, your order will be delivered by your local mailman. No signature is required. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service First Class and/or Priority Mail). International orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping is determined by the number of items in your order.

USPS/DHL United States Standard Shipping (5 to 15 business days) cost is $6.99 for 1 item plus $2 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their additional bulk & weight).

USPS International shipping (10 to 30 business days) cost for Canada is $19.99 for 1 item plus $5 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their bulk & weight). For all other foreign countries, shipping cost is $29.99 for 1 item plus $10 for each additional item. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country charges tax on imports, these additional charges are not covered by the shipping charge on your order with NoiseBot.com, and you will be required to pay them in order to receive your package.

Do you deliver to my country?

We are able to ship packages to the following countries: USA, Australia, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Virgin Islands (British).

We DO ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, etc) as all orders are shipped through the Postal Service. If you are shipping to a military address, simply select the "U.S. Shipping" option during checkout.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

How long until my order arrives?

USPS/DHL United States Standard Shipping: General delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

USPS International Shipping: General delivery time is 10 to 30 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.

Can I track my package?

The tracking number you receive in your shipment confirmation email is actually a U.S. Yes! You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 12-24 hours to begin showing any transit updates.

Do you offer overnight/rush shipping?

Since all items are made-to-order & require lead time, we cannot offer overnight/rush shipping at this time.

Are your designs screen-printed?

Yes! All designs are screen printed with industry-standard plastisol inks for a long & durable life.

You had a design that I wanted, but now it's gone! Can I still buy it?

Maybe! Send us a message at hey@noisebot.com & we'll see if it's a design we can bring back for you.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Because items are custom made-to-order, we only process returns for refunds (no exchanges). If you need to order new items, please place a new order, and then return any unwanted items within 30 days for a refund. Your new order will be processed & shipped immediately.

All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if I don't have my original packing slip?

If you can't reference your order number, please include a note that states your full name, shipping address, and email address that would be associated with your original order.

How long will it take to process my return?

From the time you ship your return back to us, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I submit my designs/ideas/slogans?

I'm sorry, but we are currently backlogged with submissions & are not accepting new designs and/or ideas at this time.
