How do I place a web order?

It's easy & oh so fun, too!

1. Browse our designs until you find something you like, and click on it.

2. On the design page, select the garment color and size that you would like, and click the "Add To Cart" button.

3. You can repeat step 2 by clicking on the "Keep Shopping" text link below your cart contents on the "View Cart" page.

4. When you've got everything you want in your cart, you can complete the checkout process. On the "View Cart" page, scroll down below your cart contents to fill in your personal information (billing & shipping addresses, payment method, etc). When you're done, click the "Continue" button.

5. A review screen will appear with your order contents and personal information. Once you've verified that the information is correct, click the "Send Order" button.

6. An order confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

That's it! So simple! I love you, Internet!


Is ordering secure?

All personal information submitted to is fully secured & protected with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. This technology encrypts your personal data when you place you place an order so that no one else can access it. Your personal information will NOT be sold or shared in any way whatsoever.


How can I pay? accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) as well as PayPal payments. Can I make changes to my order?

Since orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, we can't promise anything. However, we might be able to make changes for you if you e-mail us within 24 hours of placing your order. Send an e-mail to to request a change to your order.


Why can't i add more than 1 item to my shopping cart?

If you are having problems adding more than one item to your cart, you should set your web browser software to accept cookies. Also, if you use a firewall or other security software, you should temporarily disable it while adding items to your cart and/or placing an order.

Our site uses "cookies" to store all of the items you place in your shopping cart. These "cookies" allow our store to keep a record of the items that you place in the shopping cart while you are shopping. The cookie allows you to shop now by placing multiple items in the cart. If you decide to leave our web site, you can return within two weeks, and your items will still be in your cart. You can then complete the checkout process without having to add the items back into the cart again.

A problem arises when privacy-minded users set their web browser or security programs to not allow cookies or to prompt before accepting a cookie. Also, if you have your Internet Security settings set to block cookies by default, you will not be able to put multiple items in your shopping cart. While blocking unnecessary tracking cookies is a good practice, blocking cookies when shopping prevents you from adding more than one item to the shopping cart or being able to leave and return to an existing shopping cart with the items stored.


What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by your local mailman. No signature is required. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service First Class and/or Priority Mail). International orders are shipped via USPS Internationl Airmail delivery.


How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping is determined by the number of items in your order.

USPS United States Standard Shipping (2 to 7 days) cost is $7.99 for 1 item plus $3 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their additional bulk & weight). If you spend over $70 you can enter coupon code "ilikefree" (no quotes) when you checkout and U.S. shipping is free!

USPS United States Express Shipping (1 to 3 days) cost is $35.99 for the first item plus $7 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their bulk & weight).

USPS Internationl Airmail shipping (10 to 30 days) cost for Canada is $15.99 for 1 item plus $4 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their bulk & weight). For all other foreign countries, shipping cost is $20.99 for 1 item plus $6 for each additional item. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country charges tax on imports, these additional charges are not covered by the shipping charge on your order with, and you will be required to pay them in order to receive your package.


Do you deliver to my country?

We are able to ship packages to the following countries: USA, Australia, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Virgin Islands (British).

We DO ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, etc) as all orders are shipped through the Postal Service. If you are shipping to a military address, simply select the "U.S. Shipping" option during checkout.


How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.


How long until my order arrives?

Orders require 1 to 3 business days to process before they are actually shipped (excludes weekends and holidays).

USPS United States Standard Shipping: General delivery time is 5 to 15 business days (most major
metropolitan areas will receive the package within 3 to 9 business days of shipping). Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

USPS United States Express Mail: General delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a Delivery Confirmation number.

USPS Internationl Shipping: General delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.

In extreme cases, some items in your order may be out of stock. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.


Can I track my package?

The tracking number you receive in your shipment confirmation email is actually a U.S. Postal Service "Delivery Confirmation" number. It is updated when the order has been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made. Typically, the delivery information will only state one of the following messages:

(1) "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."


(2) "The tracking information for this item was received by the US Postal Service, but the item has not yet been scanned in the mailstream. Please check back later."


(3) "Your package was delivered."


Do you offer overnight/Rush shipping?

Yes, we offer U.S. Postal Service Express Mail shipping (1 to 3 business day delivery) for orders that are shipped within the United States. Simply select "Express Ship U.S." as your shipping method during checkout. Rush shipping cost starts at $29.99 for the first item plus $7 for each additional item (hoodies count as 2 items due to their weight).


Are Your Designs Screen Printed?

Yes! All designs are screen printed with industry-standard plastisol inks for a long & durable life.

You had a design that I wanted, but now it's gone! Can i still buy it?

If a particular design is no longer listed on our site, it is no longer available for purchase. Occasionally, older designs are deleted from our catalog to make room for new stuff.


How do I return/Exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of your item's arrival date. Because items are made-to-order, returns for refunds without placing a follow-up order are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Exchanges are not charged a re-stocking fee. In any case, customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Exchanged items that we ship back to you are subject to our standard shipping charges plus $2 handling fee per item.

Make sure you save your order's original packing slip as your order information is necessary in order to complete the return/exchange process. All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Send an e-mail to for complete return instructions. Remember to include your name and order number so that we may quickly assist you.


What if I don't have my original packing slip?

If you are sending us a return/exchange and no longer have your order's original packing slip, please include a print-out of your order confirmation email and/or your order number. If you don't have that, please include a note that states your full name, shipping address, and email address.


how long will it take to process my return?

From the time you ship your return back to us, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
